iOS/safari specifically? Have had nothing but frozen submits all day.
Stuck at work away from desktop all day, storing up the witty commentary, and feeling like:

Same here, the submit wouldn't load on mobile chrome.

Yes Safari and Chrome have been giving me issues from mobile. I have to "request desktop site" through Chrome to make it work

Solution:
Android Chrome: press menu > request desktop site on the actual post (not the reply page) then click reply. You'll get a sorta-desktop looking editor.
iOS: install Chrome, then do same as above
(Posted from Chrome on my iPad using this method)

Tried once to make a post with a pic from my Android, and it wouldn't load the pic/submit the post.
Just uploaded the pic to imgur and linked it from my work PC.

That happened to me too today on mobile.
First it happened on safari on my iPhone.
The it happened on the webkit based browser on my other phone (BlackBerry Z30, don't laugh I like it).
I didn't get to try Chrome on my iPhone. I ran out of time and gave up.
